Need assistance with tallying and entering orders online, verifying payments, and also with separating Scrip (gift cards) into individual student orders. Processing is done during the school day.

Hospitality Committee

Sep & Mar - Providing simple breakfast and lunch food for judges, directors, and student volunteers.
Jan (evening) - Serve pizza to 6th grade students.
May - Teacher breakfast. Preparation can be done from home or provide with store-bought items. In-person help to set up or serve.
Strolling Strings Chaperones
Jan - Mar
Chaperones (evening) needed for Strolling concerts. Requirements: Arrive early for rehearsal, ride bus with students to the concert, and help onsite as needed.
Ticketing Committee (High School Concerts)
4 concerts Sep, Dec, Feb May
Members of this committee need a smartphone to use when scanning tickets for orchestra concert admittance. Evening and afternoon shifts are available during the 4 sets of concerts throughout the year.
Uniform Committee
August, May
Need assistance with checking out and distributing uniforms to students during the school day. The same committee checks in uniforms in May.
Valentine's Dinner Committee
Jan - Feb
Parents needed to help in the kitchen, direct students, and assist guests at our catered fundraising dinner where all students will be either perform for or serve a meal to guests.
Video Production/Streaming
Varies
Strong technical skills working with websites and/or software set up to help on varying projects as needed in the evenings.
Anyone who has strong tech skills would be willing to assist as they are available and needed.
